COVID-19 PCR Test
We offer the New Coronavirus(COVID-19)PCR Test for the purpose of travelling abroad(departure from Japan). It is by appointment only. If you would like to take PCR test, please read the following information and contact us.
Target
The person who has NO symptoms and want to take PCR test for Pre-travel to foreign countries(departure from Japan)
※Patients who have a fever, upper respiratory symptoms such as cough, phlegm and/or extreme fatigue are NOT eligible.

- Your own passport(We need to verify your identity)
- Japanese health insurance(If you have)
Exam Cost
33,000 JPY(Tax included, Self-pay Medical Treatment)
【Examination fee+Certification of negative test result, Japanese and English only】
※Please pay on the day for examination.
In the case that patients request more than one certificate, you will be charged 5,500 JPY(Tax included)per each additional certificate.
Days Required
If you take the exam between
① 13:00~14:00→ Afternoon of 2 business days after the exam
② 16:00~17:00→ Afternoon of 3 business days after the exam
※This is only an estimate. Depending on the condition of the saliva collected, the test may take longer and may be delayed for up to half a day. You can receive your test results(negative certificate)in person at the hospital or by mail/Email if you request.
If the test result is Positive, we will contact you individually.
How to Exam
Real-Time PCR test by Saliva sample
※We do not perform PCR test by nasal sample. Please be sure to check with the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the embassy of the country you are traveling to in order to find out what items are required to be submitted by the authorities of the destination country(e.g., the contents of the examination, whether or not a prescribed form is required, etc.)and what the conditions are(e.g., length of time from diagnosis to application, expiration date of the certificate).
