Yes. Please contact your insurance company and request to have a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) submitted to us as soon as your visitation date is settled. Please note that non-receipt of a GOP by the day of your appointment will require you to pay the full medical fee and you will have to ask your medical insurance provider to reimburse you at a later time. Shonan Fujisawa Tokushukai Hospital is constantly evolving with the latest technology and procedures. We utilize a wide range of diagnostic imaging technologies including the 3 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI Scanner) and 320 Multi-Slice CT Scanner. We also use the Versa , Novalis and TomoTherapy® HI-ART system for radiotherapy treatment of cancer as well as the Da Vinci Surgical System for prostate cancer treatment.

Yes. There are two nursing rooms in the hospital. One is on the 1st floor near the automated cashier and the other is in the outpatient Obstetrics department on the 5th floor And pediatrics department on the 2nd floor.
