General Information
Yes. Please contact your insurance company and request to have a Guarantee of Payment (GOP) submitted to us as soon as your visitation date is settled. Please note that non-receipt of a GOP by the day of your appointment will require you topay the full medical fee and you will have to ask your medical insurance provider to reimburse you at a later time. Please contact International Medical Support Center for further information.
Yes. For Outpatient and Inpatient fees payments, we accept credit cards from the following companies:VISA, Master Card, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, UFJ and NICOS.

Consultation Questions
Out-of-hours/holiday service is only available for urgent medical issues requiring immediate medical attention.
The Emergency Room (ER) provides emergency medical services 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Hospital Services and Facilities
Shonan Fujisawa Tokushukai Hospital is constantly evolving with the latest technology and procedures. We utilize a wide range of diagnostic imaging technologies including the 3 Tesla Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI Scanner) and 320 Multi-SliceCT Scanner. We also use the Novalis and TomoTherapy® HI-ART system for radiotherapy treatment of cancer as well as the de Vinci Surgical System for prostate cancer treatment.

Yes. There are two nursing rooms in the hospital. One is on the 1st floor near the automated cashier and the other is in the outpatient Obstetrics department on the 5th floor.
Free Wi-Fi is available in private suites only. Please ask our staff for the application form.There are no internet services in outpatient areas or general patient wards.
